Coaching credits are non refundable and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Sessions must be booked proactively by you via: https://calendly.com/initialimpactcoaching/new-meeting-2 —unused credits will lapse if not scheduled within the validity window. ​

In exceptional circumstances—such as ill health or unforeseen emergencies—goodwill extensions may be offered. These are not guaranteed, not part of the original agreement, and are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the level of communication and consistency from the client.

Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations result in forfeited credits - subject to Coach Mark's discretion.

By making payment for any program / engaging with this site and services you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound to the above and below terms.

Terms of Booking: Reservations can be rescheduled without penalty with 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice are charged in full and taken from pre-booked package credit total.
